Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
WIHIGHT ("we", "us") is ad intelligence and creative software for online brands. This policy explains what data we collect when you use wihight.com, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and password. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
- Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data, when you connect an ad account: your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, their performance numbers, your pages, pixels and ad comments.
- Store data, when you connect a store such as Shopify: products, collections, orders and customers (including customer names and email addresses and their email marketing consent).
- Data from other tools you connect, such as subscription and payment apps: subscriptions, plans and checkouts.
- Content you create or upload: product photos, ads, images, landing pages and emails you make in WIHIGHT.
- Billing details: your plan, credits and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, time zone and the pages and actions needed to run, secure and bill the service. Workspace owners can see their members' activity in the app (pages open, actions and credits used), never their IP address.
2. How we use it
- To sign you in, run your workspace and show you your reports, analysis and AI tools.
- To carry out the actions you ask for, and only when you ask: for example creating ads in your Meta account (created paused unless you choose to publish), changing a budget or status you confirm, hiding comments you choose, sending purchase events for verified orders, or publishing pages and emails you approve.
- To send service emails such as sign-in codes, billing and security notices.
- To provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for our own advertising and we do not use your data or your customers' data to train AI models.
3. Meta and Google data
Data we receive from Meta through your connected account is used only to provide the WIHIGHT features you use, is shown only inside your own workspace and is never sold or shared with data brokers. It is handled in line with the Meta Platform Terms.
WIHIGHT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Your customers' data
When you connect a store or send emails to your customers, you decide which customers are contacted and why; we process that data on your behalf and only to provide the service to you. Emails sent through WIHIGHT include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed customers are not emailed again. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as consent) to contact your customers.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run WIHIGHT for us, and only as much as they need:
- Hosting and database providers.
- Sign-in and email delivery providers.
- AI model providers that process the content you send to our AI tools (for example product photos and ad text), only to produce the results you ask for.
- Our payment processor.
We may also share data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users. A list of our service providers is available on request.
6. Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on wihight.com.
7. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Connection keys and tokens for your accounts are encrypted. Each workspace's data is kept separate, and access is limited to the people who operate the service.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect an account we stop collecting new data from it. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (such as billing records).
9. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and all of its data, including data received from Meta, Google and your store, at any time:
- Email support@wihight.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my data".
- We confirm your request and delete the data within 30 days, then email you to confirm.
- You can also remove WIHIGHT's access yourself at any time: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove WIHIGHT; in Google go to your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections; in Shopify uninstall the app.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To use any of these rights, email support@wihight.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. When they do, we use safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
12. Children
WIHIGHT is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app.
