Terms of Service

1. The service

WIHIGHT gives you reports, analysis and AI tools for your ads, store and emails. Reports and AI suggestions are guidance only: you decide what to do with them and you are responsible for those decisions, including your ad spend.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity in your account and your workspace's members.
• Only connect ad accounts, pages, stores and tools that you own or are allowed to use.

3. Connected services

When you connect Meta, Shopify, Google or other services, you also remain bound by their terms and policies. WIHIGHT acts in those accounts only when you ask it to. Those services may change or limit their features at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions (for example an ad rejection or an account restriction).

4. Your content and AI output

• You keep ownership of the content you upload and of the ads, images, pages and emails you create with WIHIGHT. You give us the permission needed to store and process them to provide the service.
• AI output can be wrong or similar to other output. Review everything before you publish it.
• You are responsible for what you publish: it must follow the law and the rules of the platform you publish on, such as Meta's Advertising Standards. Bolder creative styles carry a higher risk of rejection by ad platforms.
• Do not use the service to copy another brand's trademarks, logos or protected content, or to make false claims about products.

5. Emails to your customers

Only email customers you are allowed to contact. You must follow anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and the GDPR), keep the unsubscribe link in every marketing email and not send misleading content. We may pause sending that causes high bounce or complaint rates.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no illegal content or products, no content involving minors, no harassment or hate, no malware, and no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service without our permission.

7. Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans and credits are billed as shown at checkout. AI tools use credits; the number of credits is shown before you run a tool.
• Credit packs bought from October 27, 2026 are valid for 20 days from purchase; packs bought before keep the 12 months shown when they were bought. Unused pack credits expire at the end of that time and are not refunded. Your credit meter shows when your pack credits expire, and we email you a few days before.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals.
• Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout, or where required by law.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

8. Suspension and ending

You can stop using WIHIGHT and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that are unpaid, break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep WIHIGHT available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data or ad spend, or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover WIHIGHT against claims caused by your content, your ads, your emails or your breach of these terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
